What other payment options are available in addition to credit card?

For the first year ever, CMAA is offering delegates a lay-by option to purchase tickets to CONNECT17. You will be required to make six equal direct debit payments, processed monthly, until payment has been received in full. The first debit will occur on the nominated day requested, commencing in November 2016. If you would like to take advantage of the lay-by option, register by 31st October 2016 and select LAY-BY as the payment method during registration. Is parking available at the venue?

Undercover parking is available to Conference attendess on a complimentary basis, subject to availability. Open air parking is also available across the Gold Coast Highway, between Norfolk & Pine Avenue.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Conference?

Wi-Fi will be available to Conference delegates for Conference days only.

Do I need to bring my paper ticket with me to the Conference?

It will help the registration process if you bring your ticket with you, however if you misplace or forget to bring it, you can still register for the Conference.

Where do I go when I arrive?

If you have booked accommodation at the QT Hotel, please see the concierge in the Hotel's main foyer. You will need to check in at the Hotel's reception desk. Check in time is 2pm. If you are not staying at the QT Hotel and have arrived to attend the Conference, please Register first at the Conference Registration Desk located on the Ground Floor. Check the Hotel's screens for directions or ask one of the friendly Hotel staff for directions.

How can I change my contact details or session preferences?

To make changes to your Registration details, log in from our Conference Website (the Log In button can be found at the top right hand corner). Use the username and password you entered when you registered.

How do I get a copy of my tax invoice?

There is a link to your Tax Invoice in your Confirmation email. Click on the link, and you will be directed to your Tax Invoice. You will then have an option to print or email the tax invoice.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to prior to the event. You cannot transfer a portion of your ticket, you must transfer the whole ticket.
