Natalie Hannemann, Chief of Retail, World Vision Australia

Natalie Hannemann’s heartfelt purpose is to build resources to transform the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children, their families and communities. 

As the Chief of Retail for World Vision Australia, the country’s largest not-for-profit organisation, Natalie works in partnership across 90 countries assisting more than 100 million people, through channels including instore, event activations, contact centre and digital as well as school, church, community and affiliate partnerships.

Natalie’s teams create dynamic relationships between Australians and those living in some of the world’s most fragile places. She is a champion for supporter transformation, a trusted steward for the resources that enable World Vision’s work and a believer in person to person connection. She understands that World Vision’s purpose and vision provides a unique opportunity for people to make the world a better place.

Natalie joined World Vision in 2014 after more than 15 years working with the BUPA group, both within Australia and internationally. Deeply experienced, she is recognised within Australia as a leader in complex multichannel strategy, operations and customer transformation. Her leadership blends commercial, customer and people leadership capabilities underpinned by her qualifications, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education & Vocational Training.
