Payments

Full payment is required upon booking when making payment with credit card. The tax invoice email is a tax invoice to assist you with GST reporting. Receipts are not issued, so please keep a copy of your Tax Invoice as proof of payment.


Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Registrations and Accommodation must be received in writing by email to conference@mediaarts.org.au. Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus a AUD$99 processing fee. No refunds will be issued in the 14 days prior to the start of the event.


Terms & Conditions

1. All tickets are electronic only (E-Ticket) and are delivered via email to the email address used during registration, following completion of that registration. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket.


2. CMAA management reserves the right to qualify any and all attendees to its events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company.


3. Solicitation or distribution of any type of marketing or advertising material is prohibited unless previously arranged with Christian Media & Arts Australia management.


4. The CONNECT18 Media Conference agenda, speakers, sessions and timing are subject to change without notice. Please visit the website closer to the event for the most up-to-date program.


Registration Transfers

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to conference@mediaarts.org.au prior to the event. You cannot transfer a portion of your ticket, you must transfer the whole ticket.
